Three-day intensive program (with a half-day follow-up session) in which a diverse group of community members come together to discover their individual strengths, learn new skills, gain diverse perspectives, and create a vision for our community’s future. Knowledge and experience gained during the program are then applied in the attendees’ personal and professional lives.
