Twelve-week food business course offered by Leeward Community College's Wahiawa Value-Added Product Development Center (WVAPDC) in partnership with the Hawaii Ag & Culinary Alliance (HACA). Cohorts of 15 local food entrepreneurs learn to scale products for commercial success, covering licensing, branding, packaging, and sales. Graduates receive priority access to WVAPDC kitchen facilities.
Hands-on 3-month business development program from the Native Hawaiian Chamber of Commerce for Native Hawaiian micro and small business owners. Features 18 sessions (36 hours) taught by University of Hawaii Shidler College of Business professors, covering brand identity, marketing strategy, and business planning. Limited to 25 participants per cohort.
