Six-month, experiential leadership program that provides professional women+ of color with social justice education and entrepreneurial leadership skills. In addition to leadership opportunities and a behind-the-scenes purview of our work, Leadership Fellows receive monthly opportunities for support and fellowship, personal and professional development, strategic connections with other women of color, and professional references as needed.
