REDF CA RISE (California Regional Initiative for Social Enterprise)

The nation's first statewide investment program for employment social enterprises (ESEs), administered by REDF in partnership with the California Office of the Small Business Advocate. Provides competitive grants of $100K–$500K plus customized technical assistance (business/employment model strengthening, relationship manager, REDFWorkshop virtual toolbox). Open to California-based ESEs employing people overcoming barriers to employment. 61+ ESEs supported in Round 2.
