Serves Erie County and the greater Buffalo metropolitan area.
Three-person team of experienced SCORE volunteer mentors assigned to established businesses to develop tailored solutions. Covers scaling, leadership team development, strategic planning, cash flow, marketing, fundraising, succession planning, and preparing to sell. Requires annual revenues over $2M, CEO/key personnel participation, and willingness to be transparent and collaborative.
