A companion track to the Startup Shell Founders program for UMD students who want to contribute skills to the startup community without having their own venture. Fellows with expertise in design, development, business development, photography, or other skills join cohorts of 10-12 and collaborate with Founders track ventures, building their portfolio while supporting the incubator ecosystem.
