An NSF-funded 6-week customer discovery program for UMaine faculty, staff, and students with STEM-based innovations. Two tracks: I-Corps Spark (5-week cohort-based) and I-Corps Fusion (individualized, 12+ interviews). Serves as a prerequisite and feeder for the MIRTA accelerator.

- • Part of the $15M New England ICorps Hub (MITled partnership)
- • Grant funding available for customer discovery activities
- • Two tracks: Spark (5week cohort) and Fusion (individualized, 12+ interviews)
- • Teams of 1–5 members; at least 2 strongly encouraged
- • Prerequisite for MIRTA accelerator program
- • 3–4 cohorts run annually
