Effective Leadership Communication: Master the art of clear and impactful communication, including the principles of Radical Candor and how to navigate crucial conversations with confidence. Collaborative Decision Making: Enhance your ability to work effectively towards common goals, understanding how your strengths influence collaboration and when to embrace the “ELMO” (Enough, Let’s Move On) approach. Community Panel / Importance of Building Relationships: Recognize that “relationships are everything” as you apply your strengths to networking and engage in a valuable hourlong conversation with community leaders. Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Develop essential skills in identifying and resolving complex issues, learning a powerful Problem Solving Framework to navigate group challenges effectively. Health, Wellbeing & the Future of Work: Address the realities of burnout, leverage your strengths to reframe wellness goals, and prepare for the evolving landscape of work, including AI and remote/hybrid models. Applied Leadership Experience Presentation: Conclude the program by showcasing your learning through brief, impactful presentations of your Applied Leadership Projects, followed by a welldeserved graduation ceremony.
