This program educates business owners who are interested in the import/export field. Clients learn what is involved — how it works, how to register with international agencies, compliance requirements, and what it takes to initiate contact with potential clients. Courses and coaches help clients to identify capacity building within their companies and identify a new customer base and opportunities that businesses do not know existed or are within reach.

Key Information

• Courses and guidance are offered in business assessment, client creation, capital access, marketing, a review of business expertise (HR, Accounting, Back Office/HR, and Operations), and customer service. This program is created for entrepreneurs who have a product or service that can be sold or administered abroad. Participants must be willing to invest the time necessary to take advantage of opportunities and to build relationships abroad.
