Two complementary programs: DRIVE (Distributed Research Incubation & Venture Engine) provides UC Davis-affiliated startups access to a network of lean, thematically oriented mixed office/lab incubator spaces near campus. The Biotech Innovation Gallery (BIG) Pre-accelerator runs September–December with targeted mentoring in IP, regulatory strategy, business modeling, market analysis, and investor pitching, culminating in a showcase at the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference in San Francisco.
Provides a nonprofit coworking laboratory ecosystem for biotech startups and innovators, offering flexible lab space, 24/7 equipment access, operational support, and a collaborative community to accelerate scientific ventures without taking equity or IP claims.
