This program offers courses in food safety, POS, food cost/labor, business planning, marketing, access to capital, product development and menu revision and/or support. Courses and coaches help business owners improve their strategies for evaluating opportunities, managing risk, revising menu and supply chain options, identifying and preparing for funding, and support for staff and guests.
Key Information
- Coursework and guidance are offered in planning, assessment, action plan creation, SWOT analysis, capital access assistance, marketing, a review of business expertise (HR, Accounting, Back Office/HR, and Operations), and customer service. This program is limited to food service business owners (food trucks, caterers, restaurant owners, and vendors that produce edible products).
