The H.E.R. Business Plan Competition, organized by the Women's Business Center at True Access Capital, is an annual competition for women entrepreneurs in Delaware. One winner receives $10,000 and two runners-up receive $5,000 each. Open to women 18+ with Delaware-licensed for-profit businesses operating for at least one year.
