The Middletown Business Incubator and Collaborative Workspace (MBI) is a 3,750 sq ft enterprise business center at 651 N. Broad St., Suite 306, Middletown, operated by the Middletown Area Chamber of Commerce. MBI offers 12 private office spaces, meeting and conference rooms for rent, a café, printer services, podcast recording capability, and drop-in professional space to support entrepreneurs in southern New Castle County.
