A 12-week annual non-profit accelerator program (co-founded by Springboard Enterprises) that selects 6–10 women-led, early-to-growth-stage B2B tech startups transforming fashion and retail, connecting them with C-suite executives from 40+ major retail and brand partners including Gap, J.Crew, lululemon, and Saks.

The curated retail and brand partner engagement component of NYFTLab's accelerator, through which selected fashion-tech founders are directly introduced to and workshopped with senior executives from the world's leading retail and brand organizations to drive commercial pilots, validation, and partnership.
