Westchester County government-sponsored 10-week tech accelerator powered by Quay Acceleration (formerly Cela). Runs twice yearly (spring and fall). Accepts 10–12 tech startups per cohort requiring at least a prototype. Each founder receives hand-picked mentors from tech, finance, VC, and marketing; world-class curriculum on fundraising, product iteration, and go-to-market; and Demo Day pitch to investors, press, and government officials. Alumni include Google for Startups recipients.
