Shifts from traditional tech transfer licensing to use-inspired, industry-informed R&D commercialization. Addresses cultural and resource gaps, promotes inclusivity, and provides comprehensive support framework across the technology development continuum.

35,000 sq ft startup hub in downtown Binghamton opened 2017, managed by Binghamton University's Office of Entrepreneurship & Innovation Partnerships. Offers co-working, offices, wet and dry labs, and common areas.
